I chose for this project the Lottery Tower building's conciergerie, which was never used as such by the owner, the National Loterie.
Instead they had transformed the conciergerie in a room for a Loterie game, inserting double walls, which would guarantee stable conditions, concerning light and vibration, this beeing important for chance. During the project a double floor was inserted in the space, on which 10 chairs have been placed, put with their four legs in holes, so that they were standing on the original floor. Invited by the question: "And if you came only to take care in the place of the caretaker, who would take care of you in your place", the visitors moved on the doubled floor, but were taking a seat on the original floor, substituting themselves for the caretakers absence.
