A ceramic urinal partition, rotated 180° and mounted on a scaffolding element, is stripped of its original function as a privacy shield. Open Division itself becomes an instrument for observing and thinking. Its broken state has eliminated its ability to separate, but the joining of the pieces creates an ambivalence: separation and its collapse are both present.
