"Refugium", Sculpture Biennial 2017, Weiertal
A hunting stand from the Rüdlingen hunting ground near Schaffhausen, was moved to the outer boundary of the Weiertal Sculpture Park. Previously, its green camouflage was provided with a stealth technique, which was developed in cooperation with a Fraunhofer Institute researcher in Germany. In this way, the high stand has now become invisible to surveillance from space, while visitors to the Sculpture Biennale spy out the object, and are in turn spied out from the object's side. - There is an agreement with the hunters, insofar as the object will return to the forest with the added camouflage after the completion of further versions of the display, which are yet to be developed.
