A door in an Art Nouveau appartment was closed with a showcase in the 1960s. Later, when the gallery moved into this flat, the showcase was covered with a piece of wall to gain more space for hanging artworks. For the duration of the exhibition, I opened this wall covering by pushing it 40 cm into the room so that light fell into the side of the showcase. The result was a photograph without a print. The situation was created by moving and releasing what was there.
