HI WAY / Exposure
MCBA Lausanne 2008
For HI WAY / Exposure, the transport boxes of works from an important art collection of classical modernism (Fondation Jean et Suzanne Planque) were brought into the museum. These works were to come to the MCBA at a later date as a donation or permanent loan in connection with a planned new museum building. A scaffolding made of foldable basic elements of the trademark Hi Way, forms the place for the temporary storage of the boxes. The museum's lighting fixtures as well as those of the art depot, where works and crates are stored for longer periods of time, illuminate this temporary stay in the museum.
